Latitude is a celebrated music and arts festival set in the picturesque grounds of Henham Park in Suffolk. For four days each July, we create a playground complete with a wealth of music, comedy, theatre, poetry, dance, literature, wellness, food and a huge programme for children of all ages. If you really want to get a feel for it, let’s deep dive… 2006 was the year it all began. Founded by Festival Director Melvin Benn, our first iteration took place in what was to be our forever home of Henham Park, and welcomed headline sets from Snow Patrol, Anthony and the Johnsons and Mogwai, not to mention a 30 minute afternoon set from a new talent, Paolo Nutini. From that very first edition Latitude was unique among its festival peers, hosting revered artists sitting outside of the mainstream, a wide range of comedy, poetry, literature, theatre, cabaret and a dedicated children’s programme. It was a hub of curiosity, discovery and ideas; words that ring true to this day.

Pink Breath of Heaven is a reverie of shimmering guitars, haunting melodies, and introspective lyricism. The project of Liv Field and Rex John Shelverton, PBOH merges the vast textures of shoegaze with the boundless energy of modern psychedelia, crafting a world where color and emotion intertwine. ​ Following the breakout success of their single “Blue Is the Morning,” the band quickly began to draw wider attention, leading to their addition to Little Cloud Records ahead of their debut album release. Over the following year, Pink Breath of Heaven continued shaping a sound that spans hypnotic, slow-burning compositions to towering walls of sound, immersing listeners in a space that lingers long after the music fades. Their music is often described as feeling simultaneously familiar yet distinctly its own.

We are excited to announce that Fukushima Dolphin will be joining us for our June Live at the Yard!

Fukushima Dolphin is a high energy duo that blend indie/rock/electronic with psychedelic elements. Their songwriting is wrapped in swirling guitars, driving bass-lines, and powerful drums.

Red Hash : "Raw, rough and relentless, the London based Red hash never fail to bring energy to the stage. Whether through their roaring vocals or wall of guitars they pair introspective writing with rock and roll sensebilities. Raised on a steady diet of The Stones riffs, Lennons writing, and the harmonies of Crosby Stills Nash and Young, Red Hash formed a musical parternship to craft their blend of late 60s americana with 90s grit. Fronted by singer-songwriters Sam Barker and Tomas Pereira with the sharp-eared Cormac Caines on lead and held down by the heavy grooves of Danny Heron and Aidan Hopper's bass and drums, Red Hash are a band to keep a lookout for. And who doesn't like a bit of Lebanese cuisine anyways..."

The Fourty fours : "The Forty Fours are a London-based three-piece guitar band driven by melody, immediacy, and the kind of live energy that turns casual listeners into regulars. Drawing on the sharp songwriting and harmony-led approach of traditional Blues and Merseybeat and the sound of the Sixties British Invasion, the band deliver concise, hook-filled songs that feel current rather than nostalgic."

Vintage Voltage "Vintage Voltage are a collective of young musicians with an unhealthy obsession for boots, flares, and music from long before they were born We’re here to revive the glory days of rock when guitarists were gods and bands were religions. The Butterfly Wheel : "The Butterfly Wheel are a UK alternative psychedelic rock band blending 60s garage psych, punk energy and hypnotic atmospheres. The band—who recently made their home in Sussex—will be showcasing songs from their debut album Behind the Veil, along with a selection of unreleased material from their forthcoming EP, anticipated early next year. An alternative psychedelic rock band known for their theatrical and spiritually charged performances, The Butterfly Wheel conjure a sound that is raw, mystical, and utterly transportive. Drawing subtle echoes of psych-garage, Jefferson Airplane, and The Doors—yet entirely their own—they create performances that feel both otherworldly and intimate. Fronted by the haunting and unmistakable voice of Alice Ancient, The Butterfly Wheel blend the soul-rich synths and atmospheric textures of Myrrh Moon with Ryan’s dreamy, pining guitar lines. Their music delves into mysticism, myth, and transformation, inviting listeners into a transcendent, intimate soundscape.
